Our path veers to the truly experimental. We take flavours, which aren’t traditional cocktails, such as bacon, fennel, an apple pie or salty caramel and you turn it into a drink. Inspiration comes from eating or smelling something - say a sweet - and then we turn it into a cocktail, often using unconventional things that you wouldn’t think of, such as truffles, Porcini mushrooms, green peas
and black forest ham.
We also work alongside some of the greatest flair bartenders to engage and enthrall while they serve traditional cocktails to your guests through working flair; allowing everyone to be served with speed, quality and efficiency whilst constantly being entertained.
